Have you thought of taking vitamins? Have you looked into the benefits of taking vitamins? What’s the difference between Multivitamin and single vitamins? Do you know which ones you personally should take?
I am going to break down each of these questions for you!
1 – Many people take vitamins because Doctors recommend them. You see commercials for Vitamins such a Everyday Vitamins, 1 day a Women/Men. Yes those are to get you informed and pick up the product. Some people research some just buy it because it was on TV.
2 -Reproduction, maintenance, growth and regulation of bodily processes. While taking a physical vitamin does you good having a healthy and balanced diet will provide you the vitamins and minerals you and your body need! Though, This does not mean don’t take vitamins it just means if you don’t take them everyday you still have a source of getting vitamins.
3 – Taking a multi-vitamin are great! Multivitamins may contain many of these vitamins and minerals, but in varying forms and amounts. They can also contain other ingredients like herbs, amino acids and fatty acids.
4 – Maybe taking a test to you know which vitamins you need, maybe speaking with a doctor who can help you or maybe its you picking up a book, vitamin bottle or paper on vitamins to understand which vitamins to take! I have a great company I used to help me understand exactly with my lifestyle.
